The Story
Welcome, I’m Mikee.
There is a particular kind of courage it takes to leave everything familiar behind: a language, a home, a version of yourself, and start again somewhere new, trusting that the life on the other side will be worth it.
I was fourteen when my family made that choice, leaving the Philippines for Canada. I didn’t fully understand what it meant at the time, but I understand it now. That experience shapes everything I do.
That’s where my story really begins. Not in real estate, but in what real estate has always secretly been about: people rebuilding, reaching, becoming.
Before I ever sold a home, I spent years in hospitality, automotive, and luxury retail, in rooms full of people with very different lives, but the same quiet hope: to be understood, and to be taken care of. I learned that true service isn’t a transaction. It’s attention. It’s listening for what someone hasn’t said yet, and anticipating what they’ll need before they ask.
That instinct, to serve with intention, not just efficiency, is what I carried into real estate, and what continues to define how I work today.
A home was never just a building to me. It’s where families are made, milestones are marked, and the next chapter quietly begins. So when I guide someone through buying their first home, selling a property they love, or investing in what comes next, I don’t treat it as a transaction to close. I treat it as a story I’ve been trusted to help write.
My role isn’t only to negotiate or unlock doors. It’s to offer the kind of guidance, discretion, and advocacy that lets you move forward with total confidence, the same confidence it took to start over in a new country, without a map, but with absolute certainty in why it mattered.
Real estate, to me, has never really been about property. It’s about people, and the lives they’re brave enough to build.
