Chappelle Area

Chappelle is a family-friendly neighbourhood in southwest Edmonton, part of the Heritage Valley area. Established through its Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan in 2008 with development beginning in 2012, the community is also known by its sub-areas Creekwood Chappelle and Chappelle Gardens. Bounded by Whitemud Creek to the west, 25 Avenue SW to the north, 127 Street SW to the east, and 41 Avenue SW to the south, Chappelle offers modern homes, parks, ponds, and an extensive network of walking paths. Its proximity to Whitemud Creek Ravine provides residents with green space and natural trails, while quick access to Anthony Henday Drive makes commuting across the city convenient.
